The Lessons in Cruelty dark academia series is complete! 

It’s getting rave reviews, trigger warnings out the wazoo, and one of the longest, most aggressive one-star reviews I think I’ve ever received…from someone who read the entire first book and didn’t like how much throat-grabbing there was. Not sure how said reader found this dark romance book, why she thought she’d like it, or what made her stay until the end, but I can’t argue…

There is a LOT of throat grabbing in this series. There’s also a ton of name calling. 

Boundaries are crossed.

Crimes are committed. 

This is what happens when someone becomes so obsessed, they can’t act rationally anymore. And when that someone is a morally pitch black MMC with a penchant for kink and violence…well…things get dark fast. And stay that way. For three whole books. 

If you’ve read it, how would you rate the amount of throat grabbing? Too much, too little, or “Goldilocks Zone” juuuust right?
